Because traffic laws are controlled by your local Government, the orders must come from States, counties, and/or cities.

The signal is strong enough to transmit within a range of 250 feet.

How long do batteries last?

Since the technology is very similar to your cadence and power monitors in your bicycle, the battery life is also quite similar. In other words, approximately 30 to 45 days.

Does this system eliminate the bike paths?

Not at all. Bike paths, including the ones in traffic lanes, remain in effect and in accordance to the local laws. This is an added value to the systems already in place.

How do I order sensors?

Once your local government orders RSE's traffic safety system, we will provide sensors and other equipment directly from our factory. All you have to do is place an order. Sensors and other peripheral equipment will also be available through Amazon.

Do sensors transmit private information?

Not at all. Sensors only transmit locations and only if the user--upon registration--decides that it is in his/her best interest to do so.

How does the built-in sensor works?

At the present time, RSE is holding discussions with several bicycle manufacturers in order to incorporate the sensors in conjunction with the built-in batteries for the shifters. In the event that your bicycle were not equipped with a Di2 system (electronic gear shifter), sensors can be installed inside of the frame. We will publish the progress of our negotiations as we complete them.
